Debra Wasserman earned an M.A. in International Relations from Georgetown University. She is managing editor of Vegetarian Journal and author of Meatless Meals for Working People and The Lowfat Jewish Vegetarian Cookbook. I have ready some of the other reads of simply Vegan and found them to be well written and informative. If you are looking for a very nice source on how to eat curtly free then this book is for you. It’s a wealth of knowledge and explains the basics of vegetarian cooking in their detailed recipes. As being vegetarian has gained in popularity the caliber of the cook books as increased tenfold. I have had some terrific results with clients who are looking to lose weight by switching to an all vegetarian diet.
