If you are between the ages of 45 and 80, please click
on the following links to complete the survey:MEN: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/healthyman
WOMEN: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/healthywomanThe goal of our research study is to investigate how an individual’s dietary (vegan, vegetarian, omnivore) and lifestyle choices affect wellness, including hormonal/sexual functioning throughout the middle and later years.
Your responses to this study are entirely anonymous and will only take approximately 25 minutes to complete.
Thank you for volunteering to participate in our study!
I did take the survey but I have reservations about some of the questions or the way they were phrased:
I am still hopeful about becoming vegan so I try to restrict dairy and eggs. You ask what I include in my diet.
I might allow eggs in cookies or milk in lasagna (cheese) but I do not “include” them. If options were available at the time I would take the egg-less and milk-free shoice. I allow them but do not include them.
When you ask about portions per week, you discuss many foods, particularly fruits, which are seasonal. I might not have any berries during the winter but during the spring and summer I eat them often. I don’t know what you can tell from my response.
when you asked about nuts I took it to include nut milks and responded accordingly.
I hope your survey proves helpful but I think interpretations are too subjective on this one.
