Interesting list, but useful would be also a cuisine category like Haute Cuisine or Fine Dining. I love in Berlin the fast food / self service vegan places. But if I want to invite some of my “Bourgeoisie” friend it is very useful to know that for example http://www.lucky-leek.de/ the only! Vegan restaurant recommended by the Guide Michelin!
