At the Pizza Research Institute, they offer, “Tomorrow’s Pizza Today.” Their ‘Periodic Table of Toppings’ includes pears, peaches, apples, sweet potatoes, baby corn, asparagus, garlic, artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes, walnuts, vegan pesto, and tofu. They also feature outdoor dining patios, an art gallery, and live music.
