    When my children were little and we were then vegetarians, not yet vegans, we went to TGI Fridays weekly. They had a Gardenburger with a side corn salad that was delicious. When they took it off the menu many years ago, we stopped going there. May check out their Beyond Burger, though my question always is, “why go to a restaurant that offers us one thing, when you can go to a place that has lots of choices, like a vegan or vegetarian restaurant, or one with Asian or Mexican cuisine, or make your own salad, etc?” BTW, I just returned from Germany. The word VEGAN is on almost every menu, sandwich board and restaurant window. LOTS of options. EVEN the Starbucks there have a coconut yogurt cup with crasins, pepitas, and quinoa, AND a falafel sandwich, both totally vegan. If they would just leave the honey out of the Chai…
