The Vegetarian Resource Group received the message below and thought we’d share it:
Greetings! Can you help spread the news on our St. Patrick’s themed Vegan Cooking class on March 10th? We will enjoy a 3 course demo and tasting, including Irish Boxty w/Kale, a Rockin’ Rueben and Chocolate Cheese Cake. The cost is $15 per person. In addition to the demo and tasting, each person receives recipes and a $5 gift card. Space is limited and pre registration is required. They can simply email [email protected] to reserve a spot.
