KFC PLANT-BASED CHICKEN

According to Fast Company, KFC is testing plant-based chicken in nearly 100 stores in Charlotte, North Carolina; Nashville; and surrounding areas from February 3 to February 23. Please note that KFC states: “Beyond Fried Chicken nuggets and wings are 100% plant-based, but they are prepared in the same fryers as our Kentucky Fried Chicken…” Perhaps down-the-line if KFC permanently adds this option to their menu, vegans can encourage them to use a separate fryer.
