Vegan Action: Wendy Gabbe Day
Each issue of Vegetarian Journal features a vegan activist. In the latest issue we honor Wendy Gabbe Day. She coordinated the Santa Cruz, California 2019 VegFest, hosts webinars, wrote a cookbook called Scatter Vegan Sweets, and writes a blog titled Lively Days, which features many of her family’s favorite recipes.
