VRG’s Co-Directors recently attended a wedding at Brooklyn Botanic Gardens in New York. The bride is vegetarian and among the 75 attendees there were about 12 vegans plus several vegetarians. The vegan food options were delicious. We enjoyed pasta with a creamy cashew sauce and roasted tomatoes and herbs, as well as roasted vegetables on a bed of quinoa with sauce. The bride provided all the vegan guests gorgeous looking gourmet vegan doughnuts as dessert.
