Too bad so many of these recipes for Passover use non-passover ingredients for Ashkenasi Jews. We are not able to eat soy, rice, vegan cream cheese.
We agree! The Passover books published by The Vegetarian Resource Group all follow the rules for Ashkenazi Jews.
