We review vegan books that we especially like in every issue of Vegan Journal. In the latest issue Nadely Requena, a VRG intern, reviews The Korean Vegan Cookbook. There are 80 recipes in this book including side dishes, noodle dishes, desserts, and much more. Korean cuisine tends to be heavily meat-based, but Joanne Lee Molinaro shows readers that there are many vegan Korean dishes that you can enjoy.
