Meals On Wheels Update

Meals on Wheels, the organization which delivers meals to people who are unable to prepare them themselves, is testing our vegetarian recipes in New York City. Needed changes will be made before printing them in final form and distributing them to sites that request them nationwide. This is one of many long-term projects coordinated by VRG's nutrition advisor, Suzanne Havala, M.S., R.D.
