It helps if you have your Member ID which can be found on your Vegetarian Journal mailing label. It is the 5 or 6 digit number on the first line after the letters BVE. Thanks.

This form works well for addresses in the US and Canada. For other countries, please send your Member ID, old address and new address via email to [email protected].
