Salads on the menu include the kale quinoa salad topped with dried cranberries and orange citrus vinaigrette, the Izzabella salad sprinkled with almonds and sesame seeds and topped with Izzabella light vinaigrette, and the sesame ginger Asian salad topped with ginger and toasted sesame dressing. The hot tamale platter includes veggie tamales with black and pinto beans, salsa, and corn chips. Pizzas can be built with a base of tomato, barbeque, salsa, or pesto sauce and topped with a choice of plant-based foods such as mushrooms, black beans, and almonds. The Marinara le Garden linguini dish is smothered in steamed veggies and marinara sauce.
